[admin] Project hosting

Hello! My name is Dmitry Kalyanov. I'd like to have a project hosted at common-lisp.net. Project name is "iterate-clsql". It is a small extension to iterate (http://common-lisp.net/iterate/) that adds clauses to iterate form to iterate over database queries. I am the only member of the project. The code is in public domain. My pgp key is attached to message and the message is signed by it.
