I use qmail on a Linux box. But note that I have dial-up access to the Internet via a vacuum tubes modem, so my ISP's MTA, which I contact via POP3, may not understand the trick :)

There must be something fishy going on. I don't have the time to look closer into this right now so I've gone ahead and subscribed you manually (did you get the confirmation?). Hopefully this won't happen
