[admin] CL-SBML

Hi I want to create another project in common-lisp.net. I want to call it CL-SBML. It is an implementation of a parser for SBML level 2 (www.sbml.org). This will be of interest to people doing bioinformatics out there. The license will be Berkeley style. My common-lisp.net id is mantoniotti.
