[admin] computed-class

Hi, I would like to make the computed-class subproject from cl-wdim a separate project, because I believe it might be useful for some other projects too and it's quite independent from the rest of cl-wdim. I already have an account and my user name is lmeszaros. The project provides a class meta object called computed-class which can be used to define classes which support per instance lazily computed slot values. The license is BSD. levy
