[admin] ViewARCH

the ViewARCH install on cl.net has broken (i think its acutally been broken for a while). It'd be nice if instead of fixing the current ViewARCH we could upgrade to a recent dev version of archzoom (same idea but has a nicer feature set and is easier to install). i'd be happy to do it myself or walk someone through it (i've already installed and setup archzoom a few time). -- -Marco Ring the bells that still can ring.
