Hey All,
I'm the second mentor for this, and i'll also be setting up the common lisp.net hosting. I'll need pgp/gpg keys from you both (not just key ids/sigs).
We've got git installed now, so that should work out. I suppose i now have to learn how to use it :).
Cheers,
drewc

Now that the celebrations are wearing off, it'll soon be time to get to work. What you're going to need is:
- license and implementation plan
- project hosting
- mailing list
- source control
All but one of these can be found at http://common-lisp.net , go on over there and get the ball rolling.
Regarding source control, common-lisp.net supports CVS, SVN, darcs, arch and git (git will be installed today).
Once you have hosting, mailing list and source control, email me the details so I can publish them.
Discuss with your mentor which license you plan on using. Obviously if you're working on an existing system you'll be working with that, otherwise, being lisp an LGPL/BSD style license is preferred over straight GPL for reasons we'll discuss shortly.
