[admin] cl-irc-cvs admin rights/password

Hi, I'm getting cl-irc-cvs admin / moderator requests, but afaik I don't have admin rights or at least no password. Could you give me the rights and ask mailman to send the password reminder? Thanks! bye, Erik.
