is the place to browse. Quick & dirty howto:

1. gpg --gen-key

Interaction with GPG follows.

2. gpg --armor --export <name> > pubkey.asc

Where <name> is the name you used when generating the key in step one.

Then just send pubkey.asc admin@common-lisp.net.
