[admin] project application for cl-serializer

dear admins, we have another project that we would like to make available for the public: cl-serializer. it's yet another serializer like cl-store (or the serializers in bknr, rucksack, or elephant), but it's highly optimized, so it's faster, conses less and generates smaller output then the others. it's licensed under BSD / public domain. if the project is accepted, please add the following members: lmeszaros tborbely thank you for your time, -- attila
