cl-soap-devel does not appear in /etc/aliases, so mailman bounces all the messages to it. (the last such message is from you at 11:18 this mornining). this _should_ be fixed, please check (and drop all my test messages).
I also cannot use the view-cvs web interface for cl-soap: apparently the project's root needs to be added to the config.file.
