[admin] CL-SOAP

Hi,

I hereby request the hosting of a new project, CL-SOAP. The project is further described at the web page http:// homepage.mac.com/svc/cl-soap.html

I will be the project lead, main developer and am already involved in several common-lisp.net projects:

So you can just add me to the necessary group.

This project is a new development, partly backed commercially by Memetrics and Beta Nine, and will be LLGPL'ed.
