What came of the first occurance of this, I never got any information back. This has apparently been fixed. Unfortunately i have no way to test it, so if everybody can give it a go and get back to me, i'd appreciate it :) drewc Thanks, Erik. Helicos Biosciences (www.helicosbio.com) is a legitimate if not yet successful biotech startup company, so I'm not sure why this has happened. What can I do to resolve the situation? When you say blocking, are you referring to mail or simple TCP/IP access to the box? Sorry, that wasn't very clear. I was referring to HTTP access, however, I did try and send an e-mail from my helicosbio account to inquire about the situation and that didn't seem to get through either (meaning I got a message that its delivery was delayed). -Hazen
