Hi!
The CL-IPC project has a home page, a CVS repository, and mailing lists. It doesn't appear on the list of projects, though, and it doesn't appear in the "Recent projects" box either.
Is that on purpose or an oversight?

An oversight (of course!).
The recent projects list should be up to date in 15 minutes. The other list - I will take care of this soonish.
