I don't have any projects I want to host currently, I just want to be able to log onto the ucw trac and such.
Marco should be able to add me to the appropriate groups, I just need a user, right?

You don't need to be a part of the group to access the trac instance. You just need a user for that. Do you also wish to be able to commit to CVS for ucw? If so, I'll need Marco's approval.
