Does Trac take some time to set up? I don't see cl-weblocks under http://trac.common-lisp.net/ and http://trac.common-lisp.net/cl-weblocks seems to redirect to the project list.
Also, could I get it with darcs plugin?

Does common-lisp.net run the darcs plugin for trac? If not, are we allowed to set it up in our local trac environments? What's the process for doing this (if it exists), from what I understand Trac server needs to be restarted for such updates to work?

I don't believe we do. Need to upgrade to the latest release for support for that and unfortunately I don't have the time to do that these days.
