Is the pipermail job ill, or are my commit messages not getting through?

I made some commits to phemlock yesterday, and I was kind of expecting that cvs syncmail messages would go to phemlock-cvs: but nothing's shown up at http://common-lisp.net/pipermail/phemlock-cvs/2004-December/thread.html.

Is it possible that phemlock-cvs is not set up to autoapprove @common-lisp.net? Or is there some other reason that mails aren't getting through?
