non-blocking i/o (with cffi). Currently has support for kqueue (mac os x, freebsd) and epoll (linux 2.6). Also has cffi bindings for ipv4/6 tcp sockets and simple http server for testing / benchmarking purposes. Tested on openmcl (mac os x) / sbcl (linux).
