It seems OK right now. By 'down', do you mean that you visit, e.g., http://trac.common-lisp.net/flexi-streams and get a 500 or 404 or whatever?!

No, I didn't get a reply at all. Subversion didn't work as well, and email to the c-l.net mailing lists couldn't be delivered. Hans had the same problem.

Yeah, sorry, I was referring to my other ("Server down") email. When I said "Trac" down ISTR I got a message from a proxy who couldn't talk to the upstream server or somesuch.
All,
cl-net went down on the same day my pop3 stopped working, so that explains why i didnt get or answer these.
hopefully everything is up now?

Right now it works. I'm keeping my fingers crossed... :)
But we have moved our dev repository to another server anyway.
