Hello,
You seem to be blocking my work IP address (64.45.172.107). Helicos Biosciences (www.helicosbio.com) is a legitimate if not yet successful biotech startup company, so I'm not sure why this has happened. What can I do to resolve the situation?
Thanks, -Hazen Babcock

When you say blocking, are you referring to mail or simple TCP/IP access to the box?
Erik.

Sorry, that wasn't very clear. I was referring to HTTP access, however, I did try and send an e-mail from my helicosbio account to inquire about the situation and that didn't seem to get through either (meaning I got a message that its delivery was delayed).

Drew, seems we have another issue of blocking IP access. What came of the first occurance of this, I never got any information back.
Thanks, Erik.

This has apparently been fixed. Unfortunately i have no way to test it, so if everybody can give it a go and get back to me, i'd appreciate it :)

Hi, I'm not sure if you got my last message. We seem to be blocked again (for about 1 week now). What are we doing that gets us back on the blocked list so quickly?
thanks, -Hazen

Yeah, I did, I think Drew emailed the hosting company.
Drew, did you hear back? Third time it's happened, this is no good.

Yeah, it's quite odd. I've just heard back, and have been told that they are working to restore the routes.
