PROBE-FILE.4 and PROBE-FILE.5 are supposed to fail (expected), but is LOAD.1 supposed to fail?

JAR-PATHNAME.LOAD.1 is funny. The first time it is run it fails, but then subsequent invocations seem to succeed. I haven't figured out what is going on with it quite yet, but I presume it has something to do with being the first test to use the WITH-JAR-INIT macro.
