Yes, but in a [very primitive state currently][abcl-android] It is a quasi goal of abcl-1.2.0-dev.
Build patches exist, which we attempt to launch an interpreter (ABCL).
Compiler would be considered as part of abcl-2.0 release engineering. Faster if we get people to help out.
