[armedbear-devel] Patch to quicklisp/cffi-0.7.1 for abcl-1.1.0-dev

Mebbe [this can help somewhat with the problems loading JNA automatically for CFFI on ABCL][1]. I still need to figure out exactly what is broken under which JVM/OS combinations.
