Is there something akin to variable-information in CLTL2? For a given environment I would like to know if a symbol is a lexical variable or a symbol macrolet.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is a way to do this at the moment, although an implementation doesn't look too hard. [I've opened a ticket to track this][#306]. [#306]: http://trac.common-lisp.net/armedbear/ticket/306 -- "A screaming comes across the sky. It has happened before, but there is nothing to compare it to now."
