Hmm. I just did a git pull --rebase, but only 3.1.6.6 is available.

I think so. I just did a git pull (not rebase), and I now have Faré's 3.1.6.9 on top of my 3.1.6.8. What's your git remote? Or is this some mysterious effect of using --rebase?
