[Asdf-devel] Closing in on the release

I have just made a few further tweaks to the manual, merged the "docs" branch, and pushed it to common-lisp.net I'm retesting, but I believe that this is going to be 3.1 this weekend. Speak now or forever wish you had ;-) R
