Faré, Attached please find a revised copy of the letter to vendors. Most of the changes are simple copy edits that I put in in passing. However, there are a few notes, flagged by "Note:" that I believe to be matters that should be addressed before the letter is circulated. BTW, I just edited this in my file system. What about committing it to the doc/ directory? Best, R
