Looks like I fumbled. This wasn't caught by our automated tests, because they redirect the cache.
Sigh.
Maybe we need a 3.1.6 some time soon?

Ouch, this is an embarrassing bug, indeed. This "cache" should be "cache/" — does it work when you fix it?
