Re: Bundle operations

I spent the evening fixing {,monolithic-}{lib,dll}-op on sbcl and other non-C-linked implementations. It works, but requires a patched CFFI, that I just posted on cffi-devel. The parts of that patched CFFI that handle linking could be imported into asdf/bundle, but I don't think this would be a good idea for ASDF 3.1.6.
