[asdf-devel] ccl nit-picking

ccl:getenv and ccl:*module-provider-functions* are exported symbols. In wrapping-output-translations, there are other options to using (ccl::ccl-directory). The pathname #p"ccl:" always refers to the ccl directory, so it'd probably be nicer to use that.
