I have just completed the upgrade tests on the following lisps:

ccl sbcl cmucl allegro_64 allegromodern_64 lispworks clisp ecl ecl_bytecodes mkcl

and they all passed.

So I believe that ASDF 3.1.6 is ready for release.

I hope to get this done tomorrow, but worst case it would slip to Monday.
