test-xach-update-bug.script fails on both ECL and ECL bytecodes for me on Linux. This is ECL 13.5.1.
I *believe* that this is to be expected, and there's an ECL fix for this.
Please LMK if that's not true and if I should hold up releasing 3.1.6 for that reason.
Otherwise I plan to release today (assuming I can get the necessary time from work).
This one is fixed.
BTW, the fixed caused a regression with library initialization I'm working on now but it's ASDF unrelated.
Regards, Daniel

Thanks for letting me know, Daniel. The version of ECL that I get from Linux Mint is old, I guess.
Is there a version number where this is fixed? If there is, I might tweak the tests to mark this failure as expected on older versions of ECL.
Best,

From version 16.0.0 ECL isn't affected by this bug.

Thank you: I have modified the test to record an expected failure on earlier versions of ECL.
