changed WITH-STORE-IMAGE* so that the only difference to WITH-STORE-IMAGE is that it uses CL-GD:*DEFAULT-IMAGE* as VAR.

I suspect that WITH-STORE-IMAGE was changed earlier to use (image-type-keyword ,image) and this change was forgotten for WITH-STORE-IMAGE*.
