[bknr-devel] patches for indices.tex sync with indices tutorial.lisp

whoops cc'd from wrong email account: ;; indices/tutorial.lisp line 128 and ;;;line 134 don't sync with /bknr/datastore/doc/indices.tex attached is the .diff for a proposed patch to bring the .tex (and pdf output) into accord with the lisp reality.
