I'm wondering if there are any upcoming meetings? The website is years out of date, but I found references on Zach Beane's blog that refer to more recent meetings.
Best,
matt
There have definitely been meetings lately, though I haven't attended them in a couple months. The mailing list is extremely low volume ;)

Dissertation work has been consuming all of my free cycles, causing me to be sadly negligent in my duties as organizer over the past few months. I do have a few possibilities in the queue for speakers, but I doubt that any of them will materialize for this month. If anyone on the list would like to do a talk anytime soon, or knows anyone that would, please let me know.
We had previously discussed meeting at regular intervals regardless of speakers, and I think that's still a good idea. I suggest that we at least meet for dinner sometime soon; how does next Thursday (17 October) at Mary Chung's sound?

Let's meet for dinner at Mary Chung's this Thursday, 17 October, at 18:30. This will be an informal gathering; no formal speaker has been arranged. Just food, drinks, and a chance to chat with other hackers. I think next month we should be able to go back to our usual talk & dinner format.
See you all there,

Just a quick reminder: dinner at Mary Chung, tonight (Thursday), 18:30. 464 Mass Ave, Central Square, Cambridge.
Bring a friend, or not. Eat Suan La Chow Show and other tasty things. Talk about Lisp with other hackers. A pleasant way to spend the evening, I think.
See you there,
