I am looking into the situation around CDRs (and going to try to
use the existing name/number space for some portability efforts).
I have two questions about the links to the mailing lists on the
https://common-lisp.net/project/cdr/ page.
1. I think the links should go to

2. Is CDR-Discuss also the list to discuss specific CDR proposals and
drafts?
I guess I also have a process-related question: do I understand
correctly that negotiating a longer (maximum) initial period is
compatible with declaring a condition for ending it before the
negotiated maximum (but after 6 weeks after initial proposal)?
