Just so you know, a rough outline has been built. I am going to sashay thru the code this AM to see if I left anything out, then I will fill it in as fast and loose as I can and put it up on FTP.

If anyone has looked at Cells and/or any of its doc and wants to throw requests/suggestions over the wall, now is the time.
