Hello, I'm having trouble loading libraries using CFFI 0.9.0 on debian. [cffi-devel] [PATCH] Correcting %load-foreign-library for CMUCL

Good day, This little patch corrects behaviour of %LOAD-FOREIGN-LIBRARY under CMUCL. SYS::LOAD-OBJECT-FILE always throw an error if it can't load foreign library and returns NIL if library is already loaded. Tested with CMUCL-19c under Linux and FreeBSD. Best Regards, Vladimir Sekissov
