SB-ALIEN::SHARED-OBJECT-FILE was removed in 1.0.21.15, and UNLOAD-SHARED-OBJECT was added and exported in 1.0.21.28, so I rewrote it to use that function.

I write stuff at http://failex.blogspot.com/ now. But the post
formatter and themes are terrible for sharing code, the primary
content, so it might go away sooner or later.
