Delivering single-file applications with cffi-toolchain

Dear CFFI developers, may I attract your attention to pull request #112 ? https://github.com/cffi/cffi/pull/112 It adds among other things the ability to deliver an application with C code statically linked into a SBCL runtime (or CLISP, or ECL, or MKCL, though these are less stable).
