I noticed that Daniel Herring posted a set of bindings to the C HDF5 library back in 2011. I'd like to write some higher level functions to make working with (at least simple) files of this type easier. Has anyone worked with these bindings? I'm not a CFFI expert and would benefit greatly from a sample or two.
