Hi
apologies for the not-so-hidden-sarcasm.
Subject says it all. As we know, the CLNET mail server is not Mailman, but could it be possible to customize the subject line in the "proper way"? There are tons of "old men tricks" out there that depend on certain Subject formatting conventions.
cffi-devel is one of the best and more active fora in the CL community and I enjoy reading it… as long as it is nicely advertised in my mailbox :)
All the best

Hello,
I second this. It looks like some other mail headers and rules are broken and therefore e-mails from CFFI-devel are not recognized as a mailing list by some e-mail clients.
But if I recall it correctly, it was not always so.
Thanks, Victor

According to the mlmmj documentation, it is possible. However I don't have the appropriate permissions to configure that. Ccing the c-l.net admins in the hope they can do something about that.

Anybody know what the new admin address is?

Hi Luís,
is it possible that the people listed here:
http://common-lisp.net/news/2008/01/08_new-admins-found.html
are the ones who administer the site?
Thanks, Victor

I think if you e-mail Drew C. directly he can take care of this. The last time I tried admin@common-lisp.net he told me that it had not been set up properly yet.

I can symlink the mlmmj directory and make the cffi group have write perms, and/or tell me what you want. There have been other lists that wanted headers and a subject , and it is very easy, so a matter of telling me or other 'root'ers what is wanted. Hey Drew,
We'd like to add a "[cffi-devel]" prefix to the subjects of this mailing list. Thanks!
