[chicago-lisp] Website is operational

The Chicago Lisp website is operational. See here: http://www.chicagolisp.org/ Not much available yet, but I'll flesh out the Meetings section, and I'll add a section to contain presentation materials for historical/advertisement purposes. Content suggestions would be appreciated. Also, not being a web designer, I'll happily field alternative site designs; if we get contenders, we can vote next meeting. Note the mailing list. We can migrate to this group-controlled and spam-free list if so desired. Also, I'll happily add anyone to the "Group Director" email alias, just ask (Peter, I assume you want to be on this).
