It's not much different. Just darcs get the repository, add your UPSTREAM_cedilla_x.y tag (you don't need to send that back, of course) and get a Debian repository from that, add your Debian files, dbp-markdeb and be done with it. :-) Every time that Juliusz releases a new version, you just need to darcs pull in your upstream repository, add your UPSTREAM tag and darcs pull in your Debian repository. So basically just replace dbp-importorig by darcs pull and set the tag manually. ;-) Works well for all of my darcs-upstreams.
