[cl-debian] cl-launch 1.90

I am pleased to announce cl-launch 1.90. This release, dubbed "bit unrot", sports full support for openmcl 1.1, bug fixes for numerous corner cases and less-used implementations (e.g. gcl), and some improvements to make the test framework more robust. I've run the full test suite on all the implementations I could, and it seems to work well.
