CLISP, after a small but noticeable delay, responds with *** - Ctrl-C: User break and exits, whereupon the terminal settings are no longer correct; canonical input processing, echoing, and CRNL output translation are turned off, forcing me to 'stty sane' every time I interrupt a CLISP program. The current versions of clc and clisp should no longer have this bug. In any case I can not reproduce them anymore. If the problem is still there, please reopen this bug.
