Henrik Hjelte henrik@evahjelte.com certainly does. I'm not aware of any other maintainers.
Wonder if it should become an organizing principle at c-l.net to never have a single-maintainer project. I.e., there should always be at least two, to ease recovery if one person is unavailable for a while....
