I have uploaded my hack to Edi Weitz's documentation-template, adding support for cl-markdown here.
http://www.balooga.com/lispbuilder/output.lisp
Overwrite the file 'output.lisp' in documentation-template with the vesion above. The docstrings for the exported symols from the specified package are sent through cl-markdown prior to writing the HTML file to disk.
Examples of generated output are;
http://lispbuilder.sourceforge.net/lispbuilder-sdl.html
http://lispbuilder.sourceforge.net/lispbuilder-sdl-mixer.html
