How do I handle such thing most efficiently? Should I report them at all?
definitely, all bug reports are very welcome! for the record, i've starred your mail, but i've failed to install oracle in the 2 hours i'm willing to invest into oracle for now. hopefully others could come up with suggestions, or oracle makes sure that their monster can be installed on a 64bit ubuntu with reasonable effort. -- attila
