Paging functionality needs to be designed and implemented. It would be nice if some innovation was put into the control since standard web paging has deficiencies. In particular, it's hard to browse through pages or go to specific page. Perhaps some form of a slider would work here?

Once paging is implemented we should consider moving add/delete buttons to the top of the grid, and perhaps duplicating them at the bottom if there are more than some threshold number of records viewed, in order to allow for a more scalable interface.
