Mirroring Support

In followup to a recent email which may or may not have made it through due to data limits in our mailer, Here is a new public repo around Mirroring support, whose README contains the basic steps of setting up a new mirror sourced at our gitlab and targeted elsewhere e.g. github:    https://gitlab.common-lisp.net/clo/mirroring/-/tree/main Comments/contribs welcome.  Dave
